The BEDC allocations authorized under this Act shall be used exclusively for: Personnel Services - Honoraria ₱2,300,000.00 Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses ₱5,256,700.00 The amount herein appropriated as honoraria of the BEDC is subject to existing rules and regulations on the payment of Honoraria.

It shall be utilized as follows:
